We'll keep you up to date with the progress of your order. We'll email you a confirmation right after we receive your order (depending on the time of day this can anywhere up to a couple of minutes to come through, but usually it's instantaneous). Upon dispatching your order we'll send a further confirmation complete with tracking details if applicable. If your parcel is traveling with DPD, you'll also receive a separate notification from them.
Most orders are dispatched the same day or within 24hrs of your payment being received (excluding weekends). At the checkout you will be given two UK shipping options:
Weekend delivery. Unfortunately, courier companies charge a fortune to deliver on a Saturday. We don't offer a weekend delivery option.
At the checkout you can specify a different delivery address. Most of the packages are too large to fit through a letterbox and if you are at work during the day or going on holiday, you might consider having your goods delivered to a different address where someone can take your parcel during the day. NOTE: If an item is being sent 1st class post, it doesn't always mean it will be dispatched the very same day you place an order.
All prices are shown in UK Pounds, but you can change the currency by going to the bottom of any page and in the right-hand side there is a drop down box where you can select to show prices in Euros.
Once you place your order online, we aim to ship all orders on the same day (Monday - Friday). In many cases we use a next day delivery service, whether this be Royal Mail 1st Class post for smaller items or DPD Next Day for larger/heavier items.
If your order is sent via DPD, they will email you regarding the status of your delivery. The email will be sent on the morning of delivery and will confirm a one hour window during which DPD will attempt delivery.
If your order has been sent by Courier (DPD or TNT) we will provide you with a tracking reference in your dispatch notification email, alongside notification of which Courier we have used. Should you have lost your tracking details or notification email, don't worry. Simply drop us an email or call us on one of the numbers at the top of the page. If your order has been sent by Royal Mail post then unfortunately we are unable to track it.
