We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We will normally dispatch your order to you in 2-3 business days.

If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.

Faulty items can be returned for an exchange (where available) or refund. The refund will be sent once I have received the faulty item and it has been confirmed as being faulty (not damaged/misused by buyer).

*None faulty items can be returned provided that the following criteria is met:-

• THE ITEM MUST BE IN RESALEABLE CONDITION
• THE ITEM MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED PACKAGING
• THE BUYER MUST PAY FOR THE RETURN (secure & insured) POSTAGE.
