144 Ltr Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaner (28Khz)

Heavy duty industrial 144 litre Ultrasonic Cleaner. The tank weighs 140Kg when empty, but is easy to move around on the castor wheels fixed to the base. The powerful Ultrasonic Tank uses a 1800w (watt) transducer and a 5000 watt heater. The frequency is fixed at 28Khz. 

The ultrasonic bath has sweep and degassing functions. “Sweep” creates a pulsating action by fluctuating the transducer power. This produces an even and more thorough clean and reduces the risk of damage to delicate objects. However, if in doubt we suggest run a test run as some damage still may occur. Degassing removes trapped air from the fluid.

General use:
 

Around 30 - 45 minutes should be enough to remove or loosen most contaminants from the item you are cleaning. However, there's no specific duration for a cleaning cycle and some items might take considerably longer. Pre-soaking can reduce the ultrasonic cleaning cycle time. Finally. rinse with clean water to remove traces of the cleaning agent.
