Easy returns. We keep it simple. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days of receipt (you will need to pay return postage unless the goods are faulty). Returned items should be sent in original packaging with your order number or name and address. We'll send a full refund on receipt.

Alternatively, it's not a problem to exchange your purchase. If you want to swap your item for another model, you will need to pay the return delivery charge. Don't forget to put a note in the return package with your details, so we know who has sent it back.

Please note:
  1. Goods will only be accepted for refund if they are sent back to us within 30 days of delivery to you, or we have notified you otherwise.
  2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that offers tracking and insurance for the value of the goods.
  3. The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility, unless it is faulty.
  4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
