customer returns policy

Easy returns. We keep it simple. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days of receipt. 

You can either send it back to us yourself, or we can arrange shipping via a local drop off point (assuming you have one nearby). You will need to pay return postage unless the goods are faulty. We'll send a full refund on receipt of the item.

Alternatively, it's not a problem to exchange your purchase. If you want to swap your item for another model, you will need to pay the return delivery charge. Don't forget to put a note in the return package with your details, so we know who has sent it back.

Please note:
  1. Goods will only be accepted for refund if they are sent back to us within 30 days of delivery to you, or we have notified you otherwise.
  2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a delivery service with tracking and insurance for the value of the goods.
  3. The cost of returning an item is your responsibility, unless it is faulty.
  4. Delivery charges are refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
  5. Put a note in the box with your name (so we know who has sent it).
