Order processing is (almost) fully automated. We send the goods you want, to the address you give us. Please double check you enter everything correctly.

1) Order confirmation.

We'll immediately email confirmation when we receive your order. Upon dispatch, we'll send an update. If your parcel is travelling with DPD or Evri, you'll also receive a separate notification from them with tracking.

2). Dispatching your order.

Orders placed before 15.00 are dispatched the same day (excluding weekends). At the checkout you will be given two UK shipping options:

Free UK standard delivery on everything*. Allow 2-3 working days for an order to arrive.
UK next working day (£2.99 per order). Cut-off time 15.00pm Mon - Thurs. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the next working day (read below about weekend deliveries).

Weekend delivery. DPD deliver to many domestic addresses on Saturdays but it's not guaranteed. They don’t deliver to business addresses on a Saturday.

At the checkout you can give a different delivery address. If you work during the day or are going on holiday, consider having your goods delivered to a different address where someone can take your parcel during the day.

* Unfortunately there are some exclusions to "free UK delivery". Couriers consider some areas of the UK as a license to make extra money (Best Ultrasonic Cleaners don't make any profit from shipping charges). The postcodes below have a £10 surcharge added

BT, IV, GY, JE, ZE, IM, PH.

AB10-AB56, TR21-TR25, FK17-FK22, G83, HS1-HS9, KA27-KA28, KW1-KW28, PA20-PA99.

EU delivery

We can ship most ultrasonic tanks to Europe (Spain, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, etc). However we cannot ship bottles of cleaning fluid outside of the UK. Please email us for a quote.

Scandinavian delivery

We can ship most ultrasonic tanks to Norway, Sweden or Finland. However we cannot ship bottles of cleaning fluid outside of the UK. Please email us for a quote.

USA

Sorry we don’t ship to the USA. The main reason is that electrical goods won’t work in the US (UK use 240v. The US has 110v). Also, shipping cleaning fluids across the Big Pond is very expensive.

If you live outside of the UK, the prices you see on our website have 20% VAT (tax) removed. What you see is what you pay. However, it is very likely you will pay tax or duty in your home country when the goods are delivered or pass through your customs border.

All prices are shown in UK Pounds Sterling (£).

3). Delivering your order.

Tracking.

If your order is sent with DPD you'll get a tracking number by email or text. This will be normally be sent on the morning of delivery and will confirm a one hour "window" during which DPD will attempt delivery.

NOTE: If you have ordered an ultrasonic cleaner + cleaning solution, these items are sometimes dispatched separately, so don't be alarmed if one item arrives before the other.
